Festive Irrewarra Hamper

Inside the festive hamper, you’ll find a 500g bag of two of our granola varieties – More Nuts & Honey and Almond & Coconut. Made from nuts, seeds, rolled oats and dried fruit, Irrewarra Granola is sweetened with either local honey or plant based sugars (Almond & Coconut) before being baked into a deliciously rich and crunchy treat.
You’ll also get two of our biscuit varieties – Anzac Biscuits and the very special Chocolate Oat biscuits. Irrewarra Biscuits are handmade using ingredients such as rolled oats, coconut, butter and golden syrup to create a classic, crunchy biscuit.
The festive hamper also includes our delicious fruit mince tarts baked in our original Stables Bakery, where we commenced baking in 2000. The pastry is made with fresh local butter from The Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory, Moorpark free-range eggs from neighbouring Warncoort, Laucke flour milled at their Victorian Bridgewater mill and Australian sugar. We make the mince from scratch, macerating the dried fruit and fresh grated apple in spices, brandy , our own blood plum jam and orange zest to create a unique mince tart with a delicious festive flavour and aroma.
And, lastly, a Chocolate Panforté. The hamper comes with a full round of our Panforté, which is baked to a classic Italian recipe and features dark chocolate, handcut dried figs, roasted almonds, glacé citrus, raisins, honey and spices.
